How much does it cost to rent the space?
Does rental time include set-up and clean-up?
Do you have tables & chairs? Is there an addition fee to use them?
What audio visual equipment do you have?
- We have a DVD player, projector, and a sound system.
The cost is $100 to use this equipment.

- There is a prep space which includes a Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Warmer, and ~ 500 sf of work space

Can we bring our own caterer?
- Yes, although we offer a Preferred Catering list, you can bring your own caterer given they are properly licensed and insured

- Yes, as long as you or your caterer have the appropriate licenses and it is a private event
Is there parking available?
- Yes, there is validated parking available less than 1/2 block from Gaia Arts Center on Allston Way after 5pm
