Audio Visual Equipment
- Use of the Audio Visual equipment is $100.
Gaia Arts Center Representative - $40/hr
- All events are required to be staffed by a Gaia Arts Representative at all times.
- Representatives handle all Audio Visual needs.
Security - $40/hr
- For events where 100+ people OR alcohol are present, we require our security personnel.
Set-up/Breakdown/Clean-up
- Our staff will set-up our tables and chairs, breakdown, and clean after the event
at a rate of $100/hr
